Teddy Mountain adds the NSPCC’s Pantosaurus to portfolio 

Edutainment Licensing is pleased to announce a new partnership with Teddy Mountain for “Make your own Pantosaurus” plush. 

Teddy Mountain, the “make a bear” activity specialists, has teamed up with national charity, the NSPCC, to raise awareness of their “Talk PANTS” initiative. 

The NSPCC’s Pantosaurus is a bright yellow friendly dinosaur known by millions that encourages parents, carers, and teachers to Talk PANTS, which is a simple conversation that helps keep children safe from sexual abuse.  

The Teddy Mountain team has created one of their World Famous “Make a Bear” version of Pantosaurus – the popular dinosaur character that heads up the campaign. 

The Teddy Mountain “Make your Own” Pantosaurus bear will be available for groups, schools, clubs and visitor destinations to help them raise both funds and awareness for the NSPCC. 

Pantosaurus is already exceptionally popular with parents and teachers across the whole country so the “Make a Bear” version of the character will make the “Talk PANTS” rule even easier to implement with children and families in a fun and interactive way.

Tom Crompton, Head of Character Commercialisation at the NSPCC said: “Most children will have a cuddly toy that they adore and are rarely seen without, so it makes perfect sense to be able to give them their very own Pantosaurus plush. 

Our Talk PANTS rule helps children to understand that their body belongs to them and what they should do if they feel upset or worried. Hopefully, having Pantosaurus close to them will help them to know what to do if they are ever concerned about inappropriate behaviour. We can’t wait to get our paws on our very own Pantosaurus bear.” 

The Pantosaurus kit is planned for launch in the UK in Summer 2024.
