RHS and Bramblecrest partner for garden and conservatory furniture

RHS and Bramblecrest partner for garden and conservatory furniture

Bramblecrest, the premium outdoor furniture brand, has been licensed by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) to produce RHS by Bramblecrest, a special RHS collection of dining, lounging and reclining outdoor furniture and accessories.

Designed for British gardens and inspired by some of the UK’s most beloved RHS locations, the collection balances innovative materials with an organic palette, soft seating and gentle profiles. Creating harmony with its natural surroundings, the collection seeks to promote relaxation and pure enjoyment for the precious time spent in our outdoor spaces.

RHS by Bramblecrest will contain three ranges, named after three famous RHS gardens: RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey, RHS Garden Bridgewater in Greater Manchester and RHS Garden Rosemoor in Devon.

The RHS Wisley collection combines sage-green aluminium frame colours and mist-coloured cushions with wood-effect, tree-free tabletops and elegant, tapered legs. It blends beautifully with natural settings and is the ideal choice for those who prefer a simpler style.

RHS Bridgewater is an ideal addition to courtyards and walled gardens. Offering a cottage-style aesthetic, the RHS Bridgewater collection is a homage to classic English garden design with a timeless style. A pretty lattice design, cast aluminium in soft stone tones and a butterscotch cushion colour combine in a truly traditional take on outdoor dining and lounging.

With its attractive design and warm neutral tones, the RHS Rosemoor collection offers timeless country style at its finest. Open-weave furniture with rounded backs and deep-filled wheat-coloured cushion pads ensure comfort is a priority when enjoying dining, lounging, or reclining in the garden.

All the scatter cushions in this collection will use designs inspired by artwork from the RHS Lindley Collections, the world’s finest collection of botanical art. The RHS name will appear on the products in all three ranges.

The scatter cushions will be filled with certified recycled fibres, and most of the outer cushion covers are made from 70% recycled plastic bottles, underlining the commitment of both Bramblecrest and the RHS to sustainability, while aluminium is favoured for the dining sets due to its recyclable properties.

Sustainability is a hallmark of Bramblecrest products, which aim to be responsibly sourced, use recyclable materials and limit the company’s carbon footprint. Bramblecrest works with Ecologi, the social enterprise for real climate action, which plants a tree for every furniture set sold as part of partnership initiative.

The RHS by Bramblecrest collection will launch at the Bramblecrest showroom this month and at SOLEX (Summer Outdoor Living Exhibition), taking place at Birmingham’s NEC from 9-11 July 2024. This three-day event showcases the top outdoor leisure brands in the industry – an ideal platform for this exciting new collaboration.

The collection will arrive at garden centres and online at www.bramblecrest.com from early 2025. It will also be promoted on the Bramblecrest stand at RHS Chelsea Flower Show next summer.

Bramblecrest, based in South West England, is a leading UK designer and wholesaler of premium garden furniture and accessories, with a passion for outdoor living. Since its beginnings as a company started by two friends in 2000, Bramblecrest has enjoyed continuous growth and now boasts a team of over 60 talented people in its Cotswolds HQ serving outlets in the UK and Europe.

Bramblecrest not only supports a strong customer base, but also supplies furniture to the leisure and hospitality industries and can be found in premier sporting venues, residential establishments and hotels across the UK.

Tim Pennell, Head of Sales and Marketing, Bramblecrest, says: “For a company like ours that focuses on gardens and the joys of dining and relaxing outdoors, there really can be few partners as appropriate as the RHS. We’re delighted to be working with the UK’s best-known gardening charity to bring this wonderful range of high-quality, stylish garden and conservatory furniture to outdoor areas across the UK.”

Cathy Snow, RHS Licensing Manager, adds: “We are thrilled to be partnering Bramblecrest as our licensee for the key garden and conservatory furniture category. Bramblecrest has a long and impressive history of designing and making innovative, high-quality outdoor furniture that complements any outdoor space and, importantly for the RHS, aims to limit its effect on the environment. This delightful and desirable range is a wonderful addition to the ever-growing number of RHS products that celebrate gardens, gardening and outdoor living.”
