Latin America Welcomes Leo the Truck as The Business Hub Group Takes Charge of Licensing”

Project First has announced its partnership with The Business Hub Group, appointedas new licensing agent for “Leo the Truck” preschool animated series in Mexico and Latin America.

“Our Spanish channels for “Leo the Truck” have gained over 3 billion views in Mexico and other Latin America countries, while Brand Trends survey shows 50% awareness and popularity in Mexico. With its engaging vehicles, including cars, buses, and trucks, along with catchy songs, “Leo the Truck” has become one of the top preschool brands.

“Leo the Truck” is an animated series by independent content producer Project First. In each episode, Leo, along with his friends Lifty the Loader and Scoop the Shovel, brings construction projects to life. This interactive format encourages young viewers to actively participate, enhancing their spatial skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. When aware of Leo, every second kid becomes a fan, according to 2023 study by Brand Trends, a leading market research agency.

The cartoon has been translated into 15 languages and has gained 23 billion views on YouTube worldwide. 2 seasons of 130 episodes are in rotation with new episodes of Season 3 being released. Project First also develops its own Leo the Truck apps which have gained 26 million downloads. A number of live-action channels also involve kids playing with toys and other Leo products, thus extending Leo universe for kids.
