MC E-Bike Vertriebs GmbH manufacturer of retro e-bikes, presents its latest e-bike model: the Volkswagen Bulli Bike – designed by MC E-Bike and officially licensed by Volkswagen. Visually inspired by the unmistakable charm of the Volkswagen Bulli, the nostalgic shell conceals modern e-bike technology.
Retro design blends into modern mobility
This e-bike’s design honors the iconic Volkswagen Bulli that has been attracting enthusiasts for generations. Its retro frame is accentuated by the original color combinations. The exclusive chrome elements on the handlebars, headlights, pedals, spokes and rims underline the nostalgic design. On top of this, the design is highlighted by the historic Volkswagen logo on the “tank” of the e-bike. Also, the retro lettering on the frame of the e-bike is reminiscent of earlier times.
Technical features – a combination of aesthetics and functionality
The Volkswagen Bulli Bike – designed by MC E-Bike – combines a motor output of 250 watts with a maximum torque of 80 Newton meters. Thanks to a powerful 756 Wh battery, the e-bike achieves a range of 80 km, ideal for long rides through the city or the countryside. Its pedal-assist-sensor (PAS) adapts seamlessly to the rider’s cadence. Thanks to intelligent sensors, the PAS system precisely recognizes the individual need for motor support. Equipped with a hydraulic disc brake system, integrated LED headlight and wide whitewall tires, the e-bike ensures a high level of safety.
Availability and price S
tarting on November 4, 2024, the Volkswagen Bulli Bike – designed by MC E-Bike – will be available in the MC E-Bike webshop and partner stores. The retail price in Germany is € 3,999, including a two-year warranty. Company bike leasing and a rental model for professionals including service are also available.
