The renewal of ETS in 2025: new image, new structure, and new challenges

2025 represents an important chapter in the history of ETS, as the company renews and expands with a new structure, a new image, and a new office in Milan.

Over the course of its 50 year history, ETS has built a presence in several distinct industries, such as licensing, production, distribution, and toys, which are now united in ETS Group.

The scope of this new structure is to make the synergy between the various divisions more immediate and dynamic, and to press the accelerator on internationalisation.

With this new setup, ETS is better positioned to meet the requirements of a constantly evolving market, where the connection between various business sectors is growing in importance.

Consequently, the divisions of Production, Distribution, Publishing and Games, and Licensing will all be integrated into ETS Group.

The Licensing division, in particular, has seen the most changes in recent months. With a strong background in managing and elevating successful brands like Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, and Peratoons, the division is further reinforced by the recent nomination of Maria Giovanna Gurrieri, a veteran in the licensing industry, as Head of Licensing, and the inclusion of Antonio Piacentini as Head of Legal.

It was recently announced that Grisù, the historic property, has been included in ETS’s portfolio.

Created in 1964 by the Pagot brothers for “Carosello,” Grisù, who is celebrating his 50th anniversary this year, was the protagonist of a first TV series broadcast in 1975. The new 3D series launched in 2023 on Rai YoYo is co-produced by Mondo TV Group and Calidra (Marco Pagot) in collaboration with Rai Kids and ZDF Studios.

The new series titled Grisù, has successfully managed the difficult mission of honoring an important heritage while making it relevant and accessible for current generations, bringing out its full potential.

The changes at ETS Group also include a logo restyling, which, while remaining faithful to the historical iconography, is refreshed with a dynamic and contemporary image.

In conclusion, ETS reopens its Milan office in a prestigious central location. Being present in the city is essential, especially for the Licensing division, as well as being a strategic hub for the rest of Europe.
