The London Studio announces US calendar deals for two hit in-house brands
Art licensing and design studio The London Studio has announced a collaboration with US-based Sellers Publishing for 2026 calendars highlighting two of this leading studio’s hottest new in-house brands: the fabulous retro-inspired Dreamadelic and Kitty Cocktails, where famous drinks meet crazy cats.
Both deals were brokered by Firefly Brand Management, a full-service global brand management and licensing agency based in California.
The London Studio’s inspiration for Dreamadelic stems from the current trend for retro 1960s and 1970s psychedelia design, most notably in posters and record cover designs, but the in-house team have given this trend a modern twist. The effect is to bring the dreamlike imagery associated with the innovative and experimental music, culture and art of the 1960s and 1970s together with the flair and wit of the 2020s, producing a unique artform.
Dreamadelic has already inspired a 2025 square wall calendar on behalf of charitable humanitarian organisation Oxfam in the UK market as well as designs for a collaboration with Parisian fashion-house Olympia Le-Tan® for an exciting new range of high-end clutches and designer evening bags.
Kitty Cocktails is an engaging and witty design concept that brings together our feline friends at their coolest and most relaxed with some equally popular and very famous cocktails and some very sharp and very funny punning captions.
The two calendars will be available from late 2025 at numerous online and physical retail outlets across the US including RSVP.com (this RSVP stands for ‘reach someone very personally’), the retail website for Sellers Publishing products.
Independent publisher Sellers Publishing was founded in 1993 by Ronnie Sellers. Ronnie published just two pet calendars that first year. Over the next five years, the Sellers calendar line doubled in size every year. Today the company is an award‐winning publisher of books, greeting cards, planners, stationery, and of course calendars. In fact the company offers over 200 titles in its calendar lines, including many different formats and numerous top-selling licensed titles.
The London Studio already has a strong reputation for unique and highly creative in-house brands like the vibrant Sweet & Wild, the well-being-themed Note to Self, the funny and imaginative What Cats do When We Aren’t Looking and the unique designs and positive vibes of The Happiness Club, many of which now appear on cards, calendars and apparel. This agreement is the latest tribute to the creativity of The London Studio’s in-house team of skilled and inventive artists.
Ronnie Sellers, Founder and Owner of Sellers Publishing, says: “With one of the highest refresh rates in the industry, Sellers regularly introduces new designs and enjoys a strong market response to its innovative approaches and carefully selected partnerships. Both Dreamadelic and Kitty Cocktails are inspired and original design concepts full of the wit and unique style that our customers enjoy. They will be ideal additions to our wide-ranging offering of licensed artwork that brings joy month after month.”
Cynthia Modders, MD, Firefly, says: “Dreamadelic and Kitty Cocktails underline the creativity and diversity of the London Studio portfolio but also have a strong appeal to a wide demographic – perfect for an award‐winning publisher of multi-format licensed titles like Sellers. I’m certain both calendars will be enormously successful in the US market.”
Founder and director of The London Studio Soula Zavacopoulos adds: “We’re always looking out for partners who will complement and enhance our work and, through Sellers Publishing, an award-winning, respected name in independent publishing, we have found the perfect calendar partner for Dreamadelic and Kitty Cocktails. Sellers Publishing and two exciting and original in-house design brands from our talented team are a winning combination that US consumers will love!”
