Leo the Truck Expands to Canada and the US

In a major announcement, LEO THE TRUCK licensing and merchandising in US and Canada will be handled by Anjar Co. LLC & Becker Associates LLC. The global success of Leo the Truck, an animated series created by the children’s content company, Project First, is epic! Leo the Truck has gained 23 billion views on YouTube worldwide and has been translated into 15 languages.

Leo is one of the fastest growing IPs appealing to 0-6 year olds. 2 seasons of 130 episodes are in rotation with new episodes of Season 3 being released. Project First also develops its own Leo the Truck apps which have gained 26 million downloads. Leo animations and songs are available on such platforms as Amazon and Spotify. Besides Leo, Project First runs over 150 live-action preschool shows. Kids playing with toys, books, robots, playsets, and other Leo merchandise in live-action videos extend the universe. YouTube channels run by Project First generate 1,5 billion views monthly  with 50 million subscribers.

Patti Becker, CEO of Becker Associates says, “Jonathan and I are very excited to represent Leo the Truck. Preschoolers love vehicles, especially construction vehicles, and we expect this brand, which has already captured the interest of billions, to quickly translate into vehicles, playsets, games, toys, books, construction, t-shirts and pajamas. Leo the Truck animated adventures include Leo the Truck, a curious dump truck who loves to build things and see how they work, and his friends, Lea, Lifty the Forklift, Scoop the Excavator, and two Robots, as they bring construction projects to life. The show uses an interactive format that encourages young viewers to actively participate, pay attention to detail, and solve common vehicle problems, such as flat tires, low clearance, and rust.”

Jonathan Becker, CEO of Anjar adds, “Patti and I are thrilled to represent LEO THE TRUCK for licensing and merchandising. If you’re interested in launching a vehicle line based on this hugely popular, mesmerizing preschool brand, please contact us to set up a meeting at the NY Toy Fair (Booth #2610). Anjar & Becker Associates have licensed more than 1500 products and brands globally.

Vladimir Nabatov, Head of Business Development, Project First says: “We have impressive viewership from US in both English and Spanish and we get requests from US fans looking for Leo merchandise. We are happy to start developing US market and have strong belief in success with Anjar Co. LLC & Becker Associates LLC.”
