BLE Travel Disruptions – Organisers Lay Out Comprehensive Options for Next Week

Last week, the RMT announced a London Underground Tube strike on the 4 October and the 6 October. This is in addition to the UK National Rail train suspension taking place on the 4 October.

Informa & Global Licensing Group, the organisers of next week’s Brand Licensing Europe 2023 at ExCel London, have outlined very detailed alternative arrangements and options in light of the predicted train and tube strikes which will be affecting travel in and to the capital next week.

Anna Knight, Vice President, Global Licensing Group, commented: “We know that travel will be disrupted next week so we have laid out all the possible alternative arrangements, as well as new (optional) show hours to make sure everyone can have the meetings that they have arranged. Every single person who attends and exhibits at BLE is incredibly important to us, and we already know there are 4200 confirmed meetings, 72 new exhibitors and registration is 34% ahead of last year, which is great news. We will make sure that everyone has a successful, productive BLE. We will also now be hosting two drinks receptions at BLE on consecutive nights, so that everyone has the change to network.”
