Fanattik Signs Major Expansion with Yu-Gi-Oh!
Fanattik the UK based pop culture specialist has announced a major expansion to their license with Japanese trading card brand Yu-Gi-Oh! The company has been working with Konami on the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand for some time, supplying the UK and selected European markets but this new agreement is something Anthony Marks Fanattik M.D has been hoping for since day one.
“The brand has heritage, with more than 20 years of content. We knew it had a passionate fan base, hungry for product and as soon as we saw the positive feedback coming in from retailers to our initial range, we opened negotiations to expand our reach,” said Anthony Marks, M.D Fanattik.
The expansion see’s their agreement extended to December 31st 2021, their territories will now cover the whole of Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia as well as the product range increasing to cover additional gift and collectibles including money boxes, clocks and much more.
Fanattik supplies all levels of the European gift market from supermarkets and mail order catalogues to high street retail, this license renewal comes after a strong start for the boutique gift and collectibles manufacturer who picked up North West Business of The Year award from the Federation of Small Business in January.
