HARI Ramps Up Host of New Product, Retail and Theatre Partners for Grizzy and The Lemmings 

Paris based HARI announces a series of brand-new licensing deals for its much-loved global hit property, the popular slapstick comedy Grizzy and The Lemmings, bringing the iconic characters of these shows to larger audiences of kids and families across more platforms in France and beyond. 

HARI has signed a deal with Hachette Jeunesse, which will see Grizzy and the Lemmings collaborate with the publisher on a series of story and chapter books for kids. The products will be available in bookstores from Spring/Summer 2024.

At the same time, HARI also announces a deal with Société Française des Monnaies to produce a collection of commemorative medals, medal bars and tokens made in silver and gold metals for Grizzy & the Lemmings, available online from the second quarter of this year. 

Board game publisherDébâcle Jeux is also gearing up for a Grizzy & the Lemmings board game, launching in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. The game will be available in selected retailers both in stores and online, launching in the second half of 2024.

In France, HARI is also launching a partnership with kid-friendly glue brand UHU to produce an exclusive set of six Grizzy and The Lemmings glue sticks, also featuring a QR code leading to a variety of related activities, competitions and games, with prizes and giveaways. Products will be available in 726 Leclerc hypermarket stores across France, with dedicated displays and point-of-sale material. The partnership will run from December 2024 to January 2026. 

Later this year HARI is partnering with Kinepolis theatres in France to deliver exclusive screening events with Grizzy & the Lemmings season four episodes premieres, alongside in-theatre activities, photocalls, quizzes and giveaways.

French toy retailerJouéClub from Q2/Q3 will offer shoppers a dedicated Grizzy & The Lemmings area, complete with a range of Grizzy toys and gifts, as well as immersive product and point-of-sale displays.

Partners that can turn our series’ look and feel into real life laughter and optimism.” 

Grizzy and The Lemmings is a top ten animated show on Netflix worldwide, amassing a whopping 132 million hours in a six-month period. 

The series also delivers outstanding ratings on local TV channels around the world including France Television, Super RTL, BBC, Boing, Cartoonito, Pop and YouKu. The YouTube channel has amassed more than 7.7m subscribers (+ 10% year on year) and 1 billion views per year. A much-anticipated season four will be released in 2024 (78 x 7’).
