Kahwa Coffee
Roasters, the largest independent coffee roaster in Florida, has entered into a
strategic partnership with Kathy Ireland Worldwide. The partnership and
proceeds from all Kahwa coffee product sales will help serve and support the
National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF), a national nonprofit organization
which funds lifesaving research of pediatric cancer. Coffee can be purchased in
any of the 15 Kahwa locations, online at kahwacoffee.com and found throughout
more than 800 domestic and international wholesale customers such as hotels,
restaurants and grocery stores.
Ireland,
who serves as the NPCF’s International Youth Chair, will become the first Kahwa
Coffee Roasters global brand ambassador in the company’s history. Cause
marketing efforts and promotional campaigns will be launched in April.
“We are
experiencing an unprecedented global event at this time, and now more than
ever, there is a need to support non-profit organizations,” said Raphael
Perrier, co-owner of Kahwa Coffee Roasters. “Our focus with this partnership is
to restore hope for health-focused charities during such challenging times,
with reassurance that their community is here and continues to support them.”
For
over 14 years, the Kahwa Coffee Roasting Company has been an active member of
the communities it serves. Charity and giving back are an integral part of the
company DNA. “We are touched and thankful to have partnered with Kathy and her
incredible team at kiWW®, who share our same passion for philanthropy,” said
Sarah Perrier, co-owner of Kahwa Coffee Roasters. “Our hope is that the
community and the nation will come together during these tough times and work
toward making a collective impact.”
“In times
like these, we truly see the best of the human spirit with the selfless acts of
others. Not only is Kahwa Coffee the most delicious tasting coffee, it is now
the favorite of our family, our business teams and clients. Thankfully,
this wonderful exquisite coffee is available nationwide at
KahwaCoffee.com. Each blend is roasted and packaged on demand for
freshness and quality. Kahwa is not ubiquitous; it is truly for coffee
connoisseurs of every flavor,” says Kathy Ireland, Chair, CEO and Chief Designer.
The dedication of the Perrier family to making the world a better place, is
admirable and reflects kiWW’s core values. All of us at kiWW® look
forward to working closely with Sarah and Raphael and everyone at Kahwa in
supporting the lifesaving work of NPCF through this partnership,” adds Ms.
Ireland. Prior to solidifying the partnership, Chef Andre Carthen, kiWW’s
brand ambassador and bestselling author, conducted a blind taste test with
ninety percent of the people involved, choosing Kahwa Coffee over other major
coffee brands.
