
Wyncor Launches Kwaaks!

Wyncor, the rapidly growing global toy company known for its imaginative and trendsetting products, is launching its newest lifestyle brand, Kwaaks! The first country to roll out the line is France, where Kwaaks! will be available at top retailers including JoueClub (with prominent placement in stores and catalogs), La Grande Récré, Monoprix, and Amazon in June 2025.
Kwaaks! is the world’s first collectible plush duck toy brand with a unique twist: each character combines a soft plush body with a rubber beak and is customizable with fashion-forward accessories. Available in two sizes – 15cm with window box packaging and three mix-and-match accessories, or 10cm mini Kwaaks! with a ribbon and “Adopt Me” tag – the line features eight collectible styles in each size. Seasonal special editions will launch for holidays including Christmas, Halloween, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, and more. Wyncor is currently developing an extensive product line for the property to include apparel and publishing.

The European expansion will be supported by Luxembourg-based distributor Jactal. In the U.S., ACD Distribution handles distribution to mid-tier and Prune Danish handles Amazon distribution. The rollout reflects the growing international appetite for Wyncor’s toy lines, including the blockbuster success of its Miraball range, which includes licensing partnerships with major entertainment studios such as Paramount, Hasbro, and The Emoji Company.
Less than two years after its creation, the company already exports several million toys to more than 15,000 stores around the globe. In recognition of the company’s growth trajectory and brand strength, Wyncor recently received a US$48 million valuation from an independent government-appointed accountancy firm.

This momentum has also attracted significant investor attention. Leading the charge is Alcastar, a European private equity firm headed by acclaimed producer Alexandre Lippens (Mr. Nobody, Joyeux Noël), which has made a multi-million Euro investment in Wyncor to accelerate global growth. The investment will support the opening of a new European hub in Barcelona, further expanding the company’s presence in the region.
Wyncor’s diverse toy portfolio includes Miraball Surprises™, the ultimate collectible with five “Little but Legendary” surprises inside; SwopPops™, a patent-pending, fashion-forward line of customizable “minipop” bags; Mon Ami™, a range of 9½-inch plush animals with glossy, glittery eyes; and Oozy Squeezy™, a sensory-driven toy series that delights children with its unexpected textures and surprises.
Wyncor holds global licensing rights from major companies including Paramount, Hasbro, and Emoji Company to manufacture and distribute select products from the Wyncor line. Brands include Dungeons & Dragons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, Transformers, and Monopoly. A portion of Wyncor’s global toy sales is donated to Gustave Roussy, Europe’s leading cancer research center, to support their efforts in the fight against cancer.
